Mediation Services

Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

It is non-adversarial in nature, voluntary and confidential and it allows the parties to find solutions without going to court.

Both parties will attend a series of meetings with the mediator, who will enable the parties to discuss their issues in an open and free environment. The mediator will help them arrive at a mutually beneficial lasting solution that will work for them. The mediator is impartial, non-judgmental, does not give opinions and can give information but not advice.
